Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
At Grain Magic, we strive to provide you with the highest quality snacks. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or cancel an order. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Cancellations
Order Cancellations Before Dispatch:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@grainmagic.com or call our customer service as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it, and you will need to refer to our return policy.
How to Cancel:
To cancel your order, please provide your order number and full details of your purchase. We will process the cancellation and refund any payments made within 7 business days.
2. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, unless the product you received is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can do this by sending an email to info@grainmagic.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
We will verify the claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.
3. Refunds
Refunds for Cancellations:
If you cancel an order before dispatch, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products:
Once we have verified your claim for damaged or defective products, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used to place the order.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with after delivery. Orders that are not claimed or are returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Any product issues that are reported beyond 24 hours of receiving the order.
5. How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Cancellation
To initiate a return, refund, or cancellation, please email us at info@grainmagic.com with the following details:
Your order number
Reason for the return, refund, or cancellation
In case of a damaged or defective product, please attach clear photos of the product and packaging
6. Shipping Costs
For cancellations made before dispatch, no shipping fees will apply.
For damaged or defective product returns, we will cover the shipping costs for replacing the item or issuing a refund.
For any returns initiated due to reasons other than defects or damages (if applicable), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Changes to the Policy
Grain Magic reserves the right to amend or update this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page, so please check back periodically for updates.
